About the event
Many women hold pain and trauma in their womb and sacral chakra I’m, cocreating this event to support those of you who are called to gather in support of one another so we can heal together and in so doing we heal not only ourselves, one another and the Earth - Thalbir.
Gathering includes: • Gentle movement • Yoga Nidra • Throat and womb activation • Self-reflection practices • Shadow work • Shamanic drumming • Sound Healing • Energy healing • Sharing circle • Clearing blockages especially around root, sacral, solar plexus chakras. • Relaxation
