An interactive Journey through the chakras. A singing and healing exploration with the voice in community, in the Nave.
Participants could bring a cushion, blanket and journal
3:00PM – Sofia Archetype & Opening - Invoke the essence of Divine Feminine wisdom.
3:30PM – Chakra Toning & Intention Setting - Vibrational alignment through the energy centres.
4:15PM – Sacred Fire Rose: Vocal Activation & Heart Song - Sing together and ignite the Sacred Rose flame.
5:00PM – Immersive Sound Journey & Meditation - A meditative journey to integrate the process.
