NEW - Wim Hof Breathwork + Ice Bath + Live Music in Central Manchester

During this event, Lisa will guide you through a beautiful experience combining Wim Hof Breathwork, Mindfulness and Live Music. This unique experience which has left people feeling 'elated' when they left, will be taking place in an intimate, beautiful, private setting in Central Manchester.

The session will start with a grounding Mindfulness Meditation, this will lead into the Wim Hof Breathwork which you will be guided through with some beautiful live acoustic guitar playing by Luke M Slater (a guitarist who has played multiple times at Glastonbury Festival) and Lisa's 'angelic, healing vocals' at the end of the breathwork session.

Once your body is fully primed through the breathwork, Lisa will guide you through the Wim Hof warm-up exercise and guide you into the ice bath following the safe, clear Wim Hof guidelines that she has trained with for 3 years.
