About Your Instructor:
Lisa is a Wim Hof Breathwork Instructor and Mindfulness Teacher.
Lisa is also a singer and performs at many local venues in Manchester with her guitarist.
Lisa T works on mental health apps such as ‘Shoorah’ by Ferne McCann and works closely with BBC Radio to support listeners with their well-being.
